Registration Information
Kids Place Preschool is now enrolling!
We are a year-round school offering part-time preschool and full-time childcare. Our academic curriculum serves children ages 3, 4, and 5 from August through May, with fun themed summer camps during June and July (full-time care is also available in the summer). We also offer full-time childcare for our 2-year-olds.
For families interested in registering at Kids Place Preschool, you may complete our Registration Forms online and email the completed documents to kidsplacestockton@gmail.com. If you prefer to drop off the forms in person, you are welcome to bring them to the office.

Download all required State and School forms needed for enrollment. All forms must be completed prior to your child’s first day of attendance, along with a $210 annual registration fee.

Registration Forms/Requirements
Snell’s requires a registration fee to be paid and forms to be returned prior to attendance. All enrollment forms are found on this page, highlighted in Blue. These forms can be downloaded, completed, and returned via email at kidsplacestockton@gmail.com.

The following forms are required by the State of California, Department of Social Services, and our licensing division. All of these forms are fillable and may be saved and emailed back to kidsplacestockton@gmail.com to complete your child’s registration.
These forms are also available in our office at Kids Place. You can request a copy during your tour if interested in enrolling.

California School Immunization Record
Required for the Health Department, an up-to-date record of your child’s immunizations (including Hib Meningitis B) which must be filled out by your physician or yourself. Please transfer your child’s immunization information with the correct dates in the corresponding boxes. This information is for statistical purposes only for the State Health Department.
This form is "fillable" online. Please send it along with a scanned copy of your child's actual immunization record.
This form is now mandated for entry into Pre-school. Exemptions and waivers are no longer allowed for entry.
*Returning students do not need to resubmit an Immunization Form if all immunizations were current the previous year. If returning within one year or have obtained a physical within one year.

Contracts
Snell's Admissions Agreement Contracts must be completed and signed by all parents, new and returning prior to first day of attendance .

Registration Fee & Deposit
Registration $210.00 due prior to attendance. Registration is annual and due every anniversary. This is a non-refundable fee.
*Plus One week’s deposit for weekly tuition (no deposit for monthly tuition)
Tuition
Tuition is a monthly or weekly fee (depending on enrollment date it will be prorated) with NO deductions NOR substitutions for absences and vacations. Monthly Tuition is due no later than the 1st of the month and for weekly tuition it is due every Monday. Invoices will be automatically generated through our inhouse parent APP and will be sent on 1st of each month or every Monday. Your registration packet (above) includes the school contract for this year’s school term. *New weekly tuition options payments available
Refunds Policy
Refunds Policy: There are no refunds nor deductions for absences including covid-19 related absences, vacations, holidays, or teacher in service. Any child entering after the 1st of each month will be charged a prorated amount for the month entering. In the event you choose to take your child out of the school before the end of the month, you must provide written notification by day 1 of the MONTH PRIOR (example: leave date is March 15. Notice needs to be given by February 1.). Any Parent removing a child after April 1 will be responsible for April & May tuition, Should a parent wish to remove his/her child due to personal health concerns, they understand that tuition will not be refunded or prorated for the month in which they remove their child. There will be no tuition charge for subsequent months. If for any reason Snell’s is directed to close by a Government or local Health Agency for any day or days, other than the listed holidays, there will be no proration of tuition for that month. If the closure should extend into the following month or months, there will be no tuition charge for that or subsequent months.

It is vital that you follow your contracted schedule to maintain legal staff-child ratios as well as the quality of care you expect. Therefore an overtime fee will be charged if your child is dropped off or picked up outside of your contracted schedule or is on the premises before 7:30am or after 5:30pm. To comply with the center’s closing time of 5:30pm, please be sure your child is signed out before 5:30pm and is off the premises immediately thereafter. The overtime child care fee will be $2.00 per child per minute. Parents must notify when running late. Payment is due regardless of notification. Late pick up fees apply to all schedules including half day programs and family in the subsidy program.
